Louisiana Highway 311 (LA 311) is a state highway that serves Terrebonne Parish. It spans in a south to north direction between Houma and Gray/Schriever, paralleling LA 24 at a distance. For much of the route, it is known as Little Bayou Black Drive as it runs alongside Little Bayou Black. ==Route description== From the south, LA 311 begins at an intersection with LA 182, LA 312, and LA 3197 in Houma. LA 182 crosses LA 311, traveling southwest to northeast along Barrow Street. LA 3197 begins opposite LA 311, traveling southeast to a dead end. (LA 3197, the original route of U.S. 90, now LA 182, was made discontinuous when its bridge over Bayou Black was replaced by the crossing on the current route. Actual signage directs LA 3197 traffic along LA 182 to the other end of the route.) From this intersection, LA 311 and LA 312 proceed northwest in a concurrency along Little Bayou Black Drive. LA 312 soon departs to the north onto Lafayette Street. LA 311 continues along the north or east bank of Little Bayou Black and crosses the bayou after intersecting LA 664 (St. Charles Street). LA 664 heads north a short distance to LA 24. LA 311 continues northwest, leaving Houma and passing through Central. West of Gray, LA 311 intersects U.S. 90 at Exit 200. Further north, in an area known as Magnolia, LA 311 turns east onto St. Bridget Road and skirts the boundary between Gray and Schriever before terminating at an intersection with LA 24. LA 24 travels on either side of Bayou Terrebonne, running to Houma on the south and connecting with LA 20 to Thibodaux on the north. LA 311 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Louisiana Highway 311」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
